When you are injured in an automobile, motorcycle, or other type of accident, there is a lot that must be done right away. Witnesses need to be identified and their contact information gotten. A claim has to be set up. Arrangements need to be made for a medical evaluation/treatment. A claim has to be sent to the insurance company and a rental car might be needed. Applications must be made for the PIP (personal injury protection) and must be processed, if not waived.
